For a scoring error, a rule that needs updating, an inaccessible tool or a broken link, use rs9support@email.com. This is the existing shared RS9 contact reused by Cricket Fieldnotes; it is not a dedicated staffed newsroom address.
Please include the full page address, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the rule or example you were checking. For a calculator issue, the non-sensitive numerical inputs are especially useful. You do not need to provide your name to describe an editorial error.
RS9 service support
The existing RS9 channel is t.me/RS9com. Channel availability and responses are controlled by its operators. We do not promise a response time or verify an account holder through this site.
Cricket Fieldnotes cannot access your RS9 account, approve transactions, reset credentials or resolve a payment. Use the service’s own authenticated support flow for account matters, and check who you are contacting before sharing any personal information.
Keep private details private
Do not send passwords, login codes, wallet keys, identity documents or full financial details to an editorial inbox or public channel. A screenshot of a calculator should be cropped to remove unrelated personal information.
What happens next
A report is useful evidence, but sending it does not guarantee a particular resolution or timing. Corrections that affect an article’s meaning are handled under the editorial policy. No message is sent by opening this page; email and Telegram links open an external application only when you choose them.
